Mrs. Dumas

Dear Students,

     My name is Mrs. Dumas.  I have been a teacher since 2002.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in English from Boston College and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Sacred Heart University. 

     My favorite subjects are Writing, Reading and Math.  I am currently the fifth grade math teacher and I also teach reading to my own homeroom students.  I have one daughter named Liliana.  My favorite pasttime is playing with my three dogs and two cats. I love to travel and my favorite place that I have been to is Spain. My favorite color is blue.  My favorite food is pasta with red sauce.  I love to read and to spend time with my friends.

     When I grow up I want to be an author of children's books. What do you want to be when you grow up?  My motto is: dream big and you will succeed.
