To develop a community of learners in which ALL students acquire the knowledge, skills and confidence to meet the challenges of a changing and increasingly diverse society.

PURPOSE

• To share information regarding the successes and challenges of Chapel Street School with different segments of the community

• To provide members with the opportunity to serve in an advisory capacity based on their own perspectives

• To annually establish school goals

• To ultimately improve communication and understanding of school and community needs
