Objective #1: Increase small group work, especially with at-risk students and those identified as needing remedial help in the Economically Disadvantaged cohorts.

 

Ø      Implement guided reading/strategy instruction  groups as needed following the new SRBI model

Ø      Develop individual student success plans

Ø      Meet with data teams and report on at-risk students

Ø      Homogeneous groupings

Ø      Reading buddies as a time to encourage older students to model reading strategies

 

Objective #2: To improve student achievement in reading, editing and revising and comprehension skills as identified in the CMT data analysis
